We had a successful art workshop on September 28, where autistic kids sculpted and painted clay halloween projects using hand building techniques. The students had the opportunity to make new friends, and spend time with their family members working on a fun family project together.
We also had Elisha Perry join us that week as a an art teacher intern. Elisha was delighted to receive this opportunity to learn valuable skills so that she can fulfill her dream of becoming a teacher, and also inspire kids to fulfill their creative potential.
Yvonne Wan, our creator interviewed Michael on why he loves the Focus Comic art camp, which is free for autistic kids:
We are proud supporters of the arts.
