Focus comics Police Academy on Fox News

Thank you Fox News for inviting Yvonne Wan our Focus comic creator to their news studio for the first time.

Yvonne raised awareness of the Focus comic police academy free art program for autistic and or special needs kids during her feature spot on Fox News. The free art program honors Surprise Police Department traffic officer Anthony DeFazio for his service. The kids will learn how to draw him on a motor cycle. The kids will then attend an in person graduation event in surprise where they will have access to state of the art police vehicles, equipment and technology including drones and bomb disposal robots and more.

Yvonne also enjoyed talking about project Focus comics and the creative work of their interns. Yvonne had the pleasure of showcasing the art that her autistic and special needs interns did to honor local Fire rescue, military and law enforcement heroes which are featured on Focus comic and Real American Hero coffee.

Please sign up to the free art program and support our free art camp today.

Want to meet our young autistic and special needs interns? Please come you our next community outreach event at Jesse comics In Glendale 3 August 4-9pm, where you can give positive attention and encouragement to our interns to make a positive impact on a child’s life.
