This week our Focus comic free art camp students had the pleasure of meeting local hero Lieutenant Rudy Acosta on Zoom. The kids enjoyed having a Q&A session with Rudy Acosta, one of our Focus comic Heroes of the year award recipients within the Law Enforcement category. The kids learned how to draw Lieutenant Acosta, a Sheriffs vehicle and Focus the autistic super hero by following a step by step digital tutorial provided by our Focus Comic creator Yvonne Wan. The students were encouraged to apply their imagination to create their own works of art, using the techniques taught during the zoom class.
