Focus Comic Living Legends Art Exhibit and Awards Ceremony

On Friday 13th December 2024, Focus Comic hosted their Living Legends Art Exhibit and Awards Ceremony honoring 30 fire fighters for their service at Rural Metro Fire Station Litchfield park. The art exhibit featured 30 portraits by Award winning artist and Focus comic creator Yvonne Wan (Who has a background as a certified social cultural anthropologist). Our young Focus Comic and Real American Heroes autistic interns enjoyed showcasing their tribute art to.

We want to thank Rural metro fire station in Litchfield park for providing the venue complimentary for this special event.

Thank you Yvonne Wan for organizing this event; Luke Air Force Base for sending their honor guard and their senior reps to our event last week. We want to thank the Mayor of Litchfield Park Tom Schoaf; Rory Witt fire chief of Luke Air Force Base and Tim Soule fire chief Rural Metro fire for signing the certificates of honor for all 30 fire fighter heroes. Thank you US Air Force airman Gabe Howell for performing the national anthem. Thank you Steve Ginter for honoring our fire fighters with his photography. And thank you to all the fire fighters who gave Yvonne Wan the honor of painting and gifting them portraits for their selfless service, courage; patriotism and leadership. Time spent on each painting: Approx 16-18 hours. The Large canvas piece took 4 days.
