Focus Comic Artist of the Year Awards for autistic and special needs kids.
Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate our students accomplishments in relation to our Focus Christmas hero art program. We are proud to champion young and autistic and special needs kids.
Check out our students art work of Focus the autistic super hero and local military and first responder heroes. Our students had fun! Thank you Yvonne Wan, Focus comic creator for converting our students art work into custom certificates that resemble a Focus comic cover. This year we had 16 autistic and special needs students participate in our Christmas programming.
This Christmas, we celebrated at Mors Furniture Store where our students received their certificates, trophies, christmas gifts and met our local heroes. We also had complimentary catering organized for the kids courtesy of Habit Burger Avondale. Congratulations to Ezekiel Cook, Mia Chen and Audrey Lam for being our Artist of the Year Winners.
