Congratulations to our Focus Comic US Hero Adventures graduates for successfully completing our 5 week program in Glendale. We had 55 students participate in our Focus comic hero 5 week program creating 141 drawings as part of our online exhibit honoring local heroes, their vehicles and aircraft’s and special needs talent. Check out our Focus Comic Hero graduation and tribute film honoring local heroes.
We want to thank for the multiple agencies for sending local heroes to our graduation event at Samurai Comics Glendale so our autistic and special needs students could meet them, learn about the hero work that they do and explore their special vehicles, equipment, technology and tools.
Our students enjoyed participating in fun activities honoring our military and first responder heroes and they loved the gifts that they received. It was an extra-ordinary class photo filled with great memories for the children and the local heroes.
