Thanks Yvonne Wan (Focus comic creator and Award winning artist); Douglas Hebert (Certified art teacher and Focus comic artist) for teaching our students and for Theresa Deacon for providing support. Check out our students art for Group A and B.
This week our students drew a us coastguard rescue boat. Our students drew themselves and Focus in the picture. Our students were also encouraged to modify the boat if they wanted to explore their creativity.
Our in person graduation event will take place September 18th at 10am at Justice Comics store in Tempe. Lieutenant JG Dearmon from the US Navy has accepted our invitation to present the certificate of achievement and US Navy prizes to the graduates. We look forward to seeing our students develop their comic artistry on this program.
There is no class next week as it is labor day weekend.
