Focus comics NFL Arizona Cardinals and US Navy Tribute Classes

Focus comics had the pleasure of teaching autistic and special needs students through its free Hero art program in April 2026 throughout Maricopa. Focus comics held independant class rooms online and in person classes. Plus Home schooling options. Focus comics also voluteered its exclusive programming to different school districts and autism schools including Brighton Charter School, Victory Academy, Inspire Academy, Seeds for Autism.

Our autistic and special needs students enjoyed the wide range of lesson plans available to them, including the NFL Arizona Cardinals and US Navy Tribute classes. Our students drew Focus the autistic super hero as a Cardinals player against the LA Rams with The Blue Angels Fly over. They also drew the Kansas City Chiefs Vs Cardinals at the State farm stadium. Our students learned about the art of comic art pencilling, story telling, inking and coloring (color theory and color wheel). Our students explored different mediums including traditional and digital. We served both high and low functioning students with the support of special education teachers.

Thank you Wacom for providing the digital drawing devices for the classes. Yasutomo, Royal talens for providing some art supplies for this Hero art program.

The children were invited to attend the Hero event where our young graduates celebrated their accomplishments, met local heroes, explored hero vehicles and received gifts. Click here to learn more about the Hero event.

Please support us in any way you can. All proceeds from the sale of these posters will go towards project Focus benefitting autistic and special needs kids and honoring heroes.
