This week we are running a Phoenix Suns and Focus the autistic super hero tribute class. We are teaching our students how to use Yasutomo oil pastels. The art supplies are a great medium in engaging students in sensory play, build tactile defensiveness and find tranquility through the application of colorful pastels as a means of expression. Art has a calming effect on all artists especially kids with special needs.
